By joining the Arizona Leafy Greens Food Safety Committee, you commit to adhering to a universal protocol that establishes baseline food safety standards for our industry. This process enables us to protect the integrity of our product, and ensure a quality process from farm to fork. The process entails:

 

1. Sign up, get standards and create a Food Safety Plan

2. Have your Food Safety Plan Audited and receive findings with requests for corrective action

3. Submit your corrective action plan

4. Get certification

5. Pay assessment, attend train-the-trainer workshops and train your staff!
