The Arizona Leafy Greens Food Safety Committee and its partner in California, LGMA, have developed industry-leading training programs with safety practices that emphasize stringent procedures, protocols and reporting requirements to mitigate issues and assure that all of us are working collaboratively to protect our consumers.
